Workday Test Manager – Asset Management
Join a leading Asset Management firm as a Workday Test Manager, where you’ll lead testing strategy and execution for their Workday HCM and Financials implementations. You will collaborate across HR, Finance, and Technology functions to ensure high-quality delivery, with a focus on automation, integration testing, and UAT across a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle across Workday modules (HCM/Finance)
- Develop test strategies, plans, and scripts, including automated testing frameworks
- Manage UAT, regression, and integration testing with internal and vendor teams
- Ensure traceability and quality assurance throughout project phases
- Report test outcomes and drive resolution of defects
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Workday testing (Core HCM and/or Financials)
- Strong background in ERP/HRIS/Finance system testing within large organisations
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Leapwork, Provar) preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
