Dan began his recruitment career in Change and Transformation with a focus on infrastructure, specifically with globally recognised MSPs.

Dan’s primary focus has been largely within the contract/Interim space, moving forward from his early career in business and technology. This involved working with C-Level executives down to delivery teams and on-site engineers. Dan works in a highly consultative manner to provide exceptional high-level talent across a range of industries, such as Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Financial Services and Utilities.

In recent years Dan has grown and managed teams of consultants who focus on these core industries,  delivering skills to clients such as Project/Programme Management, Architecture (Chief – Solution), Cloud and DevOps, Software Engineering, Data Engineering/Analytics, and Product Management.

Dan’s approach and that of his team will always be consultative in nature, seeking to understand his clients’ issues and pains and provide valuable, clear, concise and timely solutions based on his strong industry knowledge from a well-kept portfolio.

Outside of delivering project teams to clients Dan loves spending time with his wife and two children and watching the occasional Spurs game (the less said the better). Music and travel also play a significant role in Dan’s life.
