Senior Member Solutions ICT Lead

As the Member Solutions Lead, you will collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored technology standards and solutions across multiple office locations. This role requires close collaboration with internal sales, specialist technology teams (Building Technology Engineering, Network Engineering, AV, and Security), and various design and construction teams (Architecture, MEP, Interior Design, Construction) as well as external consultants (Low Voltage, AORs, EORs). The objective is to deliver optimized office spaces that meet the technical and operational needs of the client.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled and client-focused professional with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions efficiently. The role involves travel within the assigned region as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Report directly to senior management, providing updates and insights on project progress.

– Lead multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring standards and timelines are met.

– Review legal contracts and membership agreements to ensure compliance with client requirements.

– Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with enterprise-level clients to address IT, AV, and security needs, delivering well-defined technology solutions.

– Partner with Sales and Real Estate teams in pre-sales engagements, participating in client calls and tours.

– Develop client-facing documentation and sales tools to outline standard technology offerings.

– Design and implement custom technology solutions to meet specific client requests, effectively communicating these requirements to execution teams worldwide.

– Collaborate with Building Technology design teams, architects, MEP engineers, and BIM specialists in developing handover packages for consultant design teams or contractors.

– Oversee all project aspects, including schedule, budget, technical compliance, and installation.

– Work closely with the Building Technology Engineering team to specify, procure, and install IT, AV, and security hardware.

– Coordinate procurement and manage delivery of carrier internet fiber circuits.

– Provide guidance to team members across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

– Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing consulting role, ideally working with enterprise-level clients.

– Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is highly preferred.

– Broad knowledge across low voltage infrastructure, systems networking, telecommunications, audio-visual design, and electronic security is advantageous.

– Understanding of network architecture and information security compliance.

– Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings, and specifications.

– Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.

– Strong project management skills, including team coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and supply chain management.

– Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership.

– Familiarity with project management software and best practices.
