After graduating from Cardiff University with an Undergraduate degree in Business and Finance I moved to London and gained my first role at a leading FTSE 250 recruitment agency specialising in Technology.

After 2 years, I joined a national legal recruitment agency where I worked as a Regional Manager working with some of the leading law firms and professional service firms both nationally and internationally.

I joined Oakleaf in July where I now Manage Oakleaf’s Technology, Change & Transformation division working with some of the leading tier 1 banks, fintech and financial services businesses to digital media and telecoms.

 The types of roles that I recruit for are: Agile Lead, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Change Manager, Change Analyst and Business Analyst.

The wider Technology team also covers a range of Technology roles including Data Scientist/Engineer/Analyst, Software Developer, Web Developer, UX/UI Designer/Researcher and Network Engineer.

In my spare time, I enjoy following my beloved Liverpool FC, keeping fit and travelling away to new places as much as possible with my wife and baby daughter.
