UX/UI Designer (brand and visual systems)
Fully remote
500-600 per day PAYE
Contract: 6 November 2024 – 2 January 2025 – 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Retail, Producers, and external agencies to develop and maintain design guidelines and brand solutions.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Designers across multiple time zones to ensure cohesive brand identity.
- Lead the design and optimization of creative solutions across various consumer touchpoints (digital, social, print, retail, packaging).
- Deliver design solutions that balance enterprise-level considerations with attention to detail and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and organized delivery of design assets.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design (agency or in-house), with a multidisciplinary background in digital, retail, and packaging.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design, typography, layouts, and industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch concepts to senior stakeholders.
- A robust portfolio showcasing brand identity and design systems work.
Preferred:
- Experience with VR hardware, physical product marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with 3D software and motion design tools such as After Effects.
- 8+ years of experience in brand design with a future-first mindset (experience in AR, VR, Web3, AI, or NFTs is a plus).
