Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – NetSuite
Location: Hybrid (London – 1-2 days per week)
Contract Type: 6 months
Day rate: £500pd outside IR35
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support our client’s NetSuite implementation and integration into Salesforce as part of their wider CRM transformation. This is an exciting period of growth for the business to support their ambitions to improve customer experience and increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document business and technical requirements, aligning integration goals with strategic objectives.
- Lead data mapping, transformation logic, and data governance activities across Salesforce and NetSuite platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design sync rules, exception handling, and process flows for seamless system integration.
- Develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure integration outcomes meet business needs through structured validation.
Requirements:
- It is essential that you have worked on multiple NetSuite integration programmes.
- Well-versed in managing data migration activities and applying data governance principles to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and IT teams to align integration outcomes with business goals.
