Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Salesforce
Location: London (1-2 days per week)
Contract Type: 6 months
Day rate: £500pd outside IR35
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support our client’s CRM transformation as they transition from their incumbent system onto Salesforce. This is a pivotal time of growth for the organisation, focused on enhancing customer experience and driving productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and translate strategic technical requirements into agile artefacts, process maps, and capability assessments using TOGAF.
- Analyse and document system logic, integration points, and data flow architectures across Salesforce, and finance/marketing systems.
- Collaborate on defining test criteria and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to build contact hierarchies.
Requirements:
- It is essential that you have worked on multiple Salesforce transformation programmes.
- Hands-on experience integrating Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes into CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data and workflow alignment.
- Strong business analysis skills in mapping processes, defining detailed technical requirements, and validating user stories through structured testing.
- Proven experience in end-to-end data migration projects with a strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
