As a Finance Manager for Systems & Processes, you will support the transformation journey for Finance Record-To-Report processes, by defining and delivering transformation and continual improvement changes.
Desired skills and experience:
- Demonstrable system and programme transformation delivery experience.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and EPBCS.
- Qualified finance professional, with knowledge of core finance processes, controls, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities
- Experience as an agent for change in successfully helping people through change and successfully leading subject matter experts.
