Our client, a leading charity, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist / Web Manager with experience in WordPress to help them successfully implement and launch their upcoming rebrand. Key Responsibilities:
- WordPress Management:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of the charity’s new website post-rebrand, ensuring a smooth launch.
- Maintain and update the website with engaging content, ensuring it aligns with the charity’s new brand guidelines.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and manage website performance, including SEO enhancements.
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to support the launch of the new brand.
- Optimise content for search engines and user engagement, driving traffic to the website and other digital platforms.
- Utilise data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create and manage web content, blogs, newsletters, and other digital assets, ensuring consistency with the new brand tone and voice.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Social Media & Email Campaigns:
- Manage the charity’s social media platforms, creating strategies that increase audience engagement and promote the charity’s mission.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the charity’s overall fundraising and awareness goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Utilise tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic, conversions, and user behaviour.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing WordPress websites, including launching or rebranding sites.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the charity sector and an understanding of the importance of brand storytelling.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in the charity or non-profit sector.
- Knowledge of fundraising campaigns and audience engagement in the digital space.
