Job Title: Business Analyst – Payments Applications
Location: London (2-3 days per week)
Contract Type: 12 months
Day rate: £390pd inside IR35
We are looking for a technical Analyst to join one of our Financial Services clients to be the service owner for key applications in EMEA and lead the RFP for the replacement of their exceptions and investigations system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and vendor relationships for their exceptions and investigations, and payment repair applications.
- Handle application changes/upgrades with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams to optimise applications for business goals.
- Align with US colleagues on shared applications, addressing regional challenges.
- Support IT change delivery with the Payments & Compliance team, engaging with senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience leading RFPs and driving business change.
- In-depth knowledge of payments and compliance business functions.
- Proven experience coordinating and collaborating with diverse teams of business subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT professionals across complex organisational structures.
- Strong prioritisation skills to manage a busy workload.
