We are thrilled to announce the addition of three key team members: Daniel Norris as Director, Peter Daniels as Manager, and Tom Wilson as Consultant.

Daniel Norris joins us as Director, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the UK technology and change recruitment market. With a focus on contract placements, Daniel’s early career in Business and Technology change has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry. He has successfully recruited for various roles, ranging from C-Level executive positions to delivery teams and on-site engineers. Daniel’s consultative approach ensures the delivery of exceptional high-level talent across industries such as retail, e-commerce, FMCG, financial services, and utilities.

Peter Daniels comes on board as Manager, further strengthening our team’s capabilities in the UK technology and change recruitment market. Pete is a results-driven consultant with deep technical expertise in software engineering and a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions. Additionally, Tom Wilson joins Oakleaf TCT as a Consultant, further enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. Tom is a skilled recruiter specialising in data, tech and product skill sets, adept at assembling contract project teams.
