Tom graduated from Loughborough University with an undergraduate degree in Sports Science before moving into his first role as a Client Relationship Manager for a well-established property organisation. Tom was very successful in building relationships whilst managing his client’s student property portfolios, including the buying, selling and development of purchases.

Within recent years, Tom has utilised these skills and has gained over two years of experience in recruitment with a core focus on the tech market. His focus has been building relationships with C-Suite executives down to delivery teams, whilst maintaining a consultative approach to help deliver high-level contract/interim talent across various industries.

Outside of providing valuable and timely solutions to his clients, Tom loves to travel as well as being an avid Leicester City fan!
