WMS Business Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced WMS Business Analyst to support the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of Warehouse Management System projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on WMS experience, and a background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for WMS changes and projects.
- Work closely with operations, IT, and vendor teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support system design, configuration, and integration activities.
- Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate and execute testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within WMS, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and warehouse operations.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
