Job Description
A long-established and values-driven organisation is looking for a Customer Product Owner to take ownership of their Salesforce and Zendesk platforms and play a key role in transforming the customer journey. This hybrid role offers a chance to lead digital product strategy, work cross-functionally with business and tech teams, and shape the roadmap for business-critical platforms like Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Pardot.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the Salesforce and Zendesk product vision and roadmap
- Lead the full product lifecycle – from ideation to delivery and optimisation
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams
- Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories in Agile environments
- Gather customer insights to shape product features and enhancements
- Track product KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Present product strategy and business cases to senior stakeholders
- Ensure smooth integration and adoption across the business
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Pardot)
- Experience with Zendesk
- Strong CRM knowledge and understanding of customer journey design
- Agile/Scrum experience with a hands-on approach to backlog management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange integrations is a bonus
