NetSuite Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Contract Type: 12-months FTC
Rate: £80,000pa
A leading non-profit organisation is seeking a NetSuite Project Manager to drive finance transformation as part of a major systems replacement programme. As the finance expert and project manager, you will ensure timely delivery, compliance, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Finance workstream, managing scope, timelines, and risks.
- Redefine finance processes using NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Ensure system integration and data alignment with CRM/sales platforms.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Define and deliver finance reporting via dashboards.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Change teams to drive adoption.
- Support testing and cutover for operational readiness.
Requirements:
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Ideally coming from a qualified accountant background.
- Expertise in order-to-cash and record-to-report.
- Strong knowledge of billing, subscriptions, and financial reporting.
- Proven stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in complex settings.
