Junior Data Systems Analyst
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
My client, a leading global provider of administration and AIFMD services to top-tier private equity, real estate, debt, and infrastructure clients, is seeking to fill two Graduate/Entry-Level IT positions. These roles are ideal for individuals with 0-18 months of experience who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic environment. The positions offer a hybrid working model, with four days a week in their central London office.
This opportunity is particularly well-suited for those aspiring to become developers. A background in coding, whether gained through academic studies or personal projects, is essential.
Job Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
- GCSEs in English and Maths with a minimum grade of C or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the migration of clients’ accounting data to a new system.
- Support the transition to Wolfram for both new and existing clients:
- Migrate current clients to Wolfram, involving data transformation and cleansing using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide testing and first-line support for the Wolfram product.
- Implement Wolfram developments:
- Develop and customize financial reports.
- Optimize data flow from source documents to reports.
- Perform system development, testing, code review, and end-user training and support.
Technical Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
- Experience with VBA macros and SQL is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
