Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 + 12.5% bonus potential

The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in our data transformation journey, supporting the re-platforming of data products and helping bring our data warehouse back in-house. This is a hands-on role where you will work across governance, modelling, and analytics to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
* Support the migration of legacy systems and integration of data sources into a centralised data warehouse.
* Build and maintain dimensional and financial/statistical models.
* Manage data governance processes, ensuring accuracy, security, and consistency.
* Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support business strategy.
* Collaborate in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within data re-platforming or transformation projects.
* Strong SQL skills (from basic to advanced).
* Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Knowledge of dimensional modelling and financial/statistical modelling.
* Familiarity with data governance and management practices.
* Agile methodology experience; tools such as Jira desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
* Certified or proven experience in data-related fields is advantageous.
