Oakleaf are partnering with an ambitious law firm to build out their new AI & Innovation team and we are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive strategic change and deliver innovative solutions, working closely with stakeholders across all levels in a fast-paced, high-visibility role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Innovation Strategy: Lead AI and Innovation group meetings, develop the legal innovation roadmap, and identify transformative technologies like generative AI to align with firm-wide strategic goals.
- Manage Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end AI and innovation projects, defining scope, success metrics, and coordinating with IT, legal operations, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Engage Stakeholders & Drive Change: Act as a trusted advisor to partners and management, delivering training and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of AI initiatives.
- Ensure Governance & Ethics: Collaborate with solution architects to ensure AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, including GDPR and bias mitigation, while aligning with firm policies.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on legal tech trends, benchmark against industry standards, and foster a culture of experimentation and iterative improvement.
Please note that you will need to come from a professional services organisation to be considered for this role and ideally posses extensive law firm experience.
This is London based client with a hybrid working policy which will require the successful candidate to be in the office two days per week.
