Eli’s journey began in football, rising through the ranks of Bristol City FC’s academy before securing a soccer scholarship to Seton Hall University in the US. There, he competed at the Division 1 level, showcasing his considerable talent on the field. This transition from sports to academics did not diminish his engagement with football; Eli went on to represent England at the university football level, displaying his skills on an international stage.

Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Communications and Marketing, Eli equipped himself with vital skills for his future career. He then entered the world of recruitment, where he quickly made a name for himself. His innate talent for connecting top-tier talent with appropriate roles became evident early on. With a focus on business development, Eli adeptly bridges the gap between esteemed clients and professionals, ensuring that each connection is mutually beneficial.

Now, with nearly two years of experience, Eli excels within Oakleaf’s TCT division, specialising in Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC), Privacy, and Data Protection markets. Beyond his professional achievements, Eli has a deep love for travel, exploring new destinations, and immersing himself in diverse cultures. He enjoys meeting new people, finding joy in music, the thrill of running, and the beauty of fine art.
